A law that requires stores to stop selling shampoo and other personal care products based on gender by requiring them to display price information for each product, regardless of whether the item is labeled as “for women” or “for men.” The goal of this legislation is to ensure that all consumers can access the same information about what they are purchasing so they can compare prices before making their purchase.
